A self-motivated, creative, and passionate young designer who loves to combine the latest fashion trends and her own aesthetics to create unique trend-leading designs. Youjin majored in product design at Parsons The New School For Design. She studied furniture, mass-market products and also studied footwear, jewelry, and accessories including handbags and SLGs which led her to the professional footwear industry. She’s interested in both product and fashion fields and believes that “shoe design” is a perfect mix of those two. 

She started her career at Pour La Victoire/ Kelsi Dagger, moved to Coach, Tommy Bahama, and started working as a footwear designer at Camuto group. At Camuto Group, she worked on BCBGENERATION, LUCKY BRAND, and MAX STUDIO footwear collections. And after Designer Brands Inc.(DBI) took over the company, she started developing Kelly & Katie, Crown Vintage, and Mix No.6 brands in the beginning with a design director and an assistant designer to meet DBI’s goal for the year and successfully delivered products to help company gets settled. After that she became a head designer of Mix No.6 brand and created successful collections.

She has been experiencing NYC in which is a heart of fashion industries and cultural diversity, and it enables her to be capable of expending beyond the border of fashion design.
